quiet hotel just off the center, few minutes walk. very nice super comfy with pleasant staff especially at the breakfast restaurant who go out of their way to make you comfortable. while many hotels even in Italy these days make you get a cappuccino from a machine here they make you a fresh one and its very good

The location is definitely the biggest asset of the hotel. It's right next to the metro station, and 5-10 minutes walk from many popular tourist attractions. Breakfast was good, it has some items on the menu like Eggs Benedict that are made to order and included in the price.

Great location in the center of Vienna. Easy to walk to and from. Good size room quiet room, and an overall good experience. Close to public transportation. Close to great shopping.

The location is excellent in the old town, near to all the interesting buildings. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are spacious with a big bed and good shower. The staff are excellent. The breakfast is really good, but expensive if all you want is something light. We went out to one of the many good cafes around after the first morning because of this.

Definitely the location which was perfect. Just one step out from the hotel, the Historical Cafe Central places in the corner. Also, just after 1 sec. little walk you can reach the metro station. Breakfast was really satisfying which include different type of products. I liked the egg with avocado on the roasted bread and ate each morning without boring. Also we enjoyed the sauce which include wasabi, honey, mustard etc(? I wonder all ingredients for try). Thanks to the Cook :) So if you will visit, you can leave the hotel each morning with full stomach with joy.

The hotel offered free valet parking. That was great since we were in Vienna for the first time and the closest garage was several blocks away.

Location is very ideal for first timer like me and my friend. Its in the center so its super easy to get to known tourist landmarks, restaurants and shopping. We appreciate the warm and friendly reception of their staff. Also love the room given to us its a corner room, and cery spacious.

if you arriving to hotel you meet with very very friendly personal they do for you everything what possible.i was in this hotel more times personal not much changes this is very good sign. Breakfast is more as exzellent in this hotel. Fresh everything and you can order warm food,they made like you ask and very tasty,super friendly personal in restaurant to.i can just recommend this hotel,4 star but service is 5.
